Basequímica is a publicly traded company with management oriented by the best Corporate Governance practices, which aims to generate value for shareholders, directors, employees, partners, suppliers and society and aligned with norms, ethics, and social and environmental responsibility.

The corporate governance structure at Basequímica has established a shareholders agreement and essential bodies such as the Advisory Council, Executive Committee, Control and External Audit.

The Advisory Council has been established as the main decision-making body of the company, which will be the basis for a future Board of Directors. The Executive Committee has the purpose of advising the decisions of the Advisory Council, which is formed by the management of Basequímica to assist in the implementation of strategies defined by the Advisory Council and its perpetuity, as well as support discussions and recommendations about administrative and operational structures.

The Controller is responsible for analyzing and providing useful and neutral information about the company's operational activities, with the support of an External Audit to ensure the reliability and transparency of data.
